The controversy began when Kim Bin-woo recently held a live broadcast in the early morning, singing and dancing using a microphone. When a viewer pointed out the noise issue, worrying about the neighbors, Kim Bin-woo reportedly responded, “I’m on the 1st floor, you know?” suggesting there was no problem. Her logic was that since she lives on the first floor, there is no noise transmitted to the floor below.

They pointed out that she overlooked not only inter-floor noise but also noise traveling through walls to neighbors and upward noise where vibrations and sound travel to upper floors.
