Musical actor Kim Ho-young recently reunited with the full squad of the Angels from the musical ‘Kinky Boots’.
On May 12, a video titled “Finally they’re here! Kinky Boots Angels Part 1: Kim Ho-young, Kim Ho-il, Kim Ho-i… Kim Ho-gu…” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Too Much Kim Ho-young’.
Kim Ho-young met up with the Angels members an hour before the ‘Kinky Boots’ performance began, following requests from fans who had seen his previous videos.
Kim Ho-young shared, “I usually buy the Angels meals since they work so hard during regional performances, but today I wanted to chat at a hotel. We’re even going to have a dress code!”
Expecting the waiting room to be mostly empty since the actors would be fixing their wigs before the show, Kim Ho-young was surprised to be greeted by five actors.
He revealed that he had rented a hotel suite for them and even gifted them pajamas to keep things formal. The actors brought the house down with their talent, even turning their lockers into a runway.
As more and more Angels members joined in, the energy levels skyrocketed. Eventually, the usually high-tension Kim Ho-young exclaimed, “It’s truly overwhelming!” and jokingly locked the members in the waiting room, telling the production crew, “We’ve got enough footage, now disperse!” which left everyone in stitches.
