Kim Hwan-hee took to Instagram on the 14th to share some exciting news, writing, “On May 18, I intend to start the second act of my life. Yes everyone, I am getting married!”
He continued, “I felt certain that if I spend my life with this person, even the worries would be a joyful process. I’ve found someone who dreams of ‘love’—the most important thing in my life—in the same way I do. Together, we’ve decided to bear the fruit of our love and create a beautiful, healthy life based on our own values rather than striving for perfection.”
He added, “I will pray that you all stay healthy and that peace fills your homes. With your continued support and love, I’ll keep returning to you through various great works, showcasing my acting, singing, and movement.”
Fans flooded the post with heartfelt messages, leaving comments such as “Sincerely congratulations!” and “I truly hope you build a happy family.”
Kim Hwan-hee made his debut in 2015 with the musical ‘Fantasia’ and has since starred in major productions like ‘Broadway 42nd Street’, ‘Kinky Boots’, and ‘Big Fish’. He is set to appear in ‘Dracula’, which opens this July at the LG Arts Center Seoul.
