“Asia Superstar” Kim Jaejoong is stepping in to help Takuya get his life in order.
In the May 9 episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘Mr. Househusband Season 2’, global star Kim Jaejoong appears to thoroughly examine the daily life of his close younger friend, Takuya.
Visiting Takuya’s home, Kim Jaejoong couldn’t hide his frustration upon seeing luxury brand boxes and empty whiskey bottles scattered around. He was further shocked by Takuya’s insistence on living in Gangnam. Kim Jaejoong delivered a “fact bomb,” saying, “I don’t understand why you live in Gangnam. It’s just greed and it doesn’t look cool.” He then shared his own past of living in a goshiwon to give sincere advice and curb Takuya’s “bluffing.” Fans are curious to see the frustrating reality of Takuya’s lifestyle that made “world star” Kim Jaejoong so angry.
The two then moved to the office of the agency run by Kim Jaejoong to share their deepest feelings. Takuya confessed for the first time that although he found his biological father, he couldn’t bring himself to tell his stepfather. In response, Kim Jaejoong shared an anecdote about his own biological father visiting him during his military service, honestly admitting, “I wasn’t in a position to forgive,” and offered heartfelt advice to Takuya, who shares a similar family history.
Furthermore, to help Takuya solve his lingering life worries, Kim Jaejoong arranged a special meeting with “sharp-tongued expert” fortune teller Park Sung-jun. Upon seeing Takuya’s face, the fortune teller delivered a shocking diagnosis, stating, “Your early life luck is a total mess, and you have the look of a pushover.” As the blunt face-reading continued, Takuya was left in shock. It is reported that he became so distressed that he was left speechless, wondering, “Should I go back to Japan?” The episode airs on the 9th at 9:20 PM.
