
Actress Kim Jung-nan has shared her secrets for staying in shape!
On May 29, a video titled “Kim Jung-nan’s 10-minute diet routine: habits to stay at 50kg for 35 years” was uploaded to her channel, ‘Kim Jung-nan’. In the video, she introduced the exercise and management routines she practices in her daily life.

She also touched upon the importance of health management based on a past injury. Kim Jung-nan revealed, “I once suffered a rotator cuff tear. It’s about 90% recovered now,” adding that “if your shoulders hurt, you can’t do anything.” She recalled a specific moment from the drama Family Affairs, explaining, “There was a hugging scene, but I couldn’t lift my arms. I had to hug (Kim) Hyun-joo, but I ended up hugging her around the waist instead.”

After discussing exercise, she mentioned the importance of skin care. Having lost about 3kg over the past month to prepare for her next project, Kim Jung-nan noted, “After losing nearly 3kg, my skin started to look a bit dull,” emphasizing the need for skincare. She added, “I used to visit aesthetic clinics often when I was younger, but these days there are so many great home care products.”
Finally, she shared her thoughts on aging and appearance. Born in 1971 and now 54 years old, Kim Jung-nan admitted, “I have a bit of a complex about my neck. I have many neck wrinkles, and it’s inevitable as you get older.” She remarked, “No matter how much we manage ourselves, we can’t beat gravity.” She also encouraged men to take care of themselves, stressing that “the most important thing is getting good sleep.”

Kim Jung-nan recently appeared in the KBS 2TV drama My Dear Thief, which ended in February. With her impressive self-discipline even at 54, fans are eagerly awaiting her next project.
