Entertainer Kim Shin-young showed off her achievement of winning the Bronze Mouse award!
In the May 15th episode of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ (episode 647), we got a glimpse into the daily life of homebody Kim Shin-young.
The episode highlighted her work as a radio DJ. Having hosted ‘Hope Song at Noon’ for 15 years, Kim Shin-young responded to a question about whether the Golden Mouse is awarded after 10 years, saying, “It’s 20 years. I already received the Bronze Mouse for 10 years of service. I was the youngest ever to receive it and the first woman to host a show alone.”
She sparked laughter by adding, “As long as nothing scandalous happens and I don’t quit by 2029, I’ll get the Golden Mouse.”
Jun Hyun-moo expressed his admiration for her dedication and persistence, recalling his own experience: “I struggled while doing radio for two and a half years. You can’t even go on vacation.”
