Comedian Kim Sook recently shared some funny memories about Song Eun-i’s past.
On the 13th, a video titled “New Word Quiz where both are confident and thus funnier: Can Song Eun-i & Kim Sook become MZ? Maybe… maybe not..? [Secret Guarantee Ep. 569]” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Bibo TV’.
During the episode, Song Eun-i and Kim Sook discussed stories from the “Our Family Bragging Contest.” When a listener shared a story about a stingy younger brother who provided 10 million won for their father’s surgery, Kim Sook empathized, saying, “As an older sister, she probably reflected on herself a lot.”
Song Eun-i recalled, “I also reflected because of my older sister.” To this, Kim Sook joked, “At the time, Song Eun-i earned more than her eldest sister but didn’t save anything. Meanwhile, the eldest sister saved her salary and provided a large sum of money when the family moved. Song Eun-i had no big savings, only small change,” which sparked laughter.
Song Eun-i remembered, “That’s when I snapped out of it. I thought, ‘I should become someone who helps the household like my sister.’ I was in my mid-20s at the time.”
Kim Sook expressed her regret, saying, “She snapped out of it too quickly. It was so fun back when she just spent money lavishly.” Song Eun-i admitted, “I lived romantically back then,” and described how she would take the yellow envelope of cash from the general affairs team and head straight to the billiard hall.
Kim Sook reminisced, “Unnie had such a cool and easygoing personality back then, but now she’s living so frantically. Why did she have so much romance back then even though she wasn’t making much money?”
