Model-turned-actress Koo Jae-yi is receiving a flood of blessings from fans after sharing the joyful news that she will be a mother of two.
On the 16th, Koo Jae-yi personally announced her second pregnancy via social media, stating, “Life is truly unpredictable. It was completely unplanned, but like a destiny that was meant to be, ‘Haru (はる 春)’ has come to us.”
In her post, Koo Jae-yi didn’t hide her overwhelming emotion for the new life. She added, “Tae-oh, who loves babies so much, will meet his little sister in the autumn,” revealing that the second baby is a girl and sharing the exciting news that her first son, Tae-oh, will soon become a big brother. The accompanying photos, showing the family happily looking at an ultrasound image, brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
Koo Jae-yi made headlines in December 2018 when she married a university professor five years her senior. After building a happy home, she welcomed her first son, Tae-oh, in December 2020, two years into her marriage. Since then, she has shared sweet moments with her son on social media, showing her side as a devoted mother. Now, about six years after her first son’s birth, she is starting a new chapter in her life with the happy news of her second pregnancy.
