Koo Kyo-hwan, Go Youn-jung, Oh Jung-se, Kang Mal-geum, Park Hae-joon, and Han Sun-hwa, who gave passionate performances in Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness, shared their final thoughts on the 24th ahead of the series finale.
Koo Kyo-hwan, who transformed the character Hwang Dong-man’s desperate struggle with worthlessness into a unique comedy, first opened up about his connection with the audience. “Reading reviews from viewers I’ve never met, I suddenly felt, ‘I exist there too,'” he confessed. Reflecting the drama’s message of turning shared pain and worthlessness into solidarity, he left a final greeting: “All for One, One for All.”
Go Youn-jung, who brilliantly portrayed Byeon Eun-ah as she fought childhood trauma to become a “powerful woman,” recalled, “I had so much to learn from my seniors, and there were so many great lines that I think I filmed with a happy heart.” She also thanked the viewers and sent a supportive message to her character: “Eun-ah, you worked so hard. From now on, only good things will happen to you. I hope your life is filled with peace.”
Oh Jung-se, who explored the complexity of Park Kyung-se—a man who hides his inferiority complex despite his success—shared his deep emotions: “I was thrilled to be part of such a precious work, I was happy while filming it, and I’m very sad to see it go.” He thanked his colleagues and the viewers, adding that working with such “precious people” made his year truly valuable.
Kang Mal-geum, who played the wonderful boss Go Hye-jin, expressed her sadness, saying, “I’m tearing up knowing that Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness is ending. Thank you so much for your deep interest and love. The time I spent living in that world and watching it with you as a viewer were both happy moments.”
Park Hae-joon, who portrayed poet Hwang Jin-man with a heavy lingering impression, left a profound final message: “I will live on, even if I am worthless, until I grow old and die. Thank you for cherishing the show.”

Han Sun-hwa, who perfectly embodied the sincere actress Jang Mi-ran, shared, “I enjoyed reading the script from the start, but seeing it broadcasted was even more fun and touching. For a while, I think I enjoyed it as a fan of the show, just like you all.” She added, “Thanks to the support for Jang Mi-ran and your joy, I felt grateful once again to have played her and felt a sense of happiness as an actress. Thank you so much for watching and being with us.”
From Koo Kyo-hwan to Han Sun-hwa, the six cast members brought their characters’ struggles with worthlessness to life through detailed acting, drawing empathy and increasing the show’s immersion.
The final episode of Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness airs today (24th), Sunday at 10:30 PM.
