Kyung Soo-jin Reveals Surprising Celebrity Look-Alike: “I’ve Been Told I Look Like Tony An!”

Actor Kyung Soo-jin recently opened up about the celebrity she’s been told she resembles, mentioning singer Tony An.

On the 15th, a video titled “I had a glass of wine with a younger man who knows his wine” was uploaded to Kyung Soo-jin’s online channel.

In the video, Kyung Soo-jin meets up with rapper Hanhae for a “wine talk.” While sipping wine, Kyung Soo-jin laughed, saying, “I’m so happy. I get to drink alcohol under the guise of filming!” Hanhae’s amused reaction to her honesty brought a smile to viewers’ faces.

Hanhae noted, “We’ve crossed paths before, but this is our first time chatting privately one-on-one. You’re exactly like you are in your videos.” Kyung Soo-jin agreed, adding, “My close friends usually tell me I have a ‘puppy-like’ face.”

When Hanhae agreed that she does have puppy-like features, Kyung Soo-jin joked, “I fluctuate between a puppy and a monkey, and I’ve also heard that I look like senior Tony An.” Hanhae reacted by saying, “I’d believe it if you said you were siblings!” to which Kyung Soo-jin playfully replied, “Usually, when people say that, they follow up with ‘but you’re prettier in person’.”

Hanhae quickly apologized, saying, “I’m sorry!” before confessing, “I also get told I look like a fish a lot,” which left Kyung Soo-jin in bursts of laughter. He explained, “People say I look like a filefish. My mouth protrudes a bit, and instead of a defined cupid’s bow, my lips are round.”

As they continued their wine talk, Hanhae praised her vibe, saying, “I love how natural Kyung Soo-jin is. Usually, I feel the need to speak if there’s a silence for more than five seconds, but you’re comfortable with the quiet.” Kyung Soo-jin admitted that while she does consider the broadcasting side of things, she believes in authenticity. “I think people these days can tell. I believe that for a person to be authentic, that has to be reflected in their acting. Even though I play different characters, I think if I, Kyung Soo-jin, am honest and authentic, those qualities will naturally seep into my roles. That’s why I try to be as natural as possible,” she shared. Hanhae strongly agreed, exclaiming, “I agree 1,000%, 10,000%!”
