The late Sulli’s older brother is drawing attention after posting another message on social media that seems to target actor Kim Soo-hyun.
On the 21st, Sulli’s brother, Mr. Choi, posted, “The moment you crawl out again, it’s round 2. The choice is yours.” When an acquaintance asked who he was referring to, Choi replied, “There’s a guy from the stars over there.” This is being interpreted as a reference to Kim Soo-hyun’s hit drama My Love from the Star, causing a stir online.
This post gained even more attention as it came right after reports that police determined allegations of an underage relationship between Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron, raised by the YouTube channel Garo Sero Institute, were false.
This isn’t the first time Sulli’s brother has posted about Kim Soo-hyun. Since March, he has publicly expressed his discomfort by repeatedly raising suspicions regarding the movie Real.
At the time, Mr. Choi posted cryptic messages such as “Mr. Kim has a lot to say but can’t” and “Hold on tight because you’ll fall from a high place.” He later specifically mentioned the movie Real, alleging that Sulli was forced to film bed and exposure scenes.
In response, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Goldmedalist, denied the coercion allegations in an official statement last April, stating, “The role of Song Yoo-hwa played by Sulli included bed scenes from the script stage, and the possibility of exposure was notified in advance. Sulli and her agency at the time decided to appear after thoroughly reviewing the content.” Following this, Mr. Choi stepped back, stating he realized there was no coercion based on various testimonies a few days before the statement was released.
Despite this, Sulli’s brother later shared a screenshot of a KakaoTalk conversation where the other person said, “Kim Soo-hyun visited Sulli’s house,” and demanded an explanation from Kim Soo-hyun, asking, “There are witnesses and evidence, so would you like to explain this?”
