On the 19th at midnight KST, LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) dropped the highlight medley for their 2nd full-length album ‘‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1’ on HYBE LABELS’ official YouTube channel and Source Music’s official SNS, sparking an explosive reaction from global fans!
The exciting video gave us a taste of all 11 tracks from the new album, including the title song ‘BOOMPALA’ (Boompala), which is already poised to capture ears worldwide! This sneak peek has definitely sent anticipation for the full songs soaring.
The title track ‘BOOMPALA’ is a Latin House banger, armed with powerful addictiveness! The keyword ‘BOOMPALA’ repeats like a spell in the chorus, instantly hooking listeners. Plus, it cleverly samples the global mega-hit ‘Macarena’, promising to bring a brighter, more cheerful energy to the music scene this summer!
It’s been about three years since their last full-length album, and LE SSERAFIM is ready to prove their incredible growth and expanded musical spectrum! The B-side tracks effortlessly blend genres like Latin pop, funk, and house, showcasing their versatility.
The album kicks off strong with the intro track ‘Pureflow’, followed by the lead single ‘CELEBRATION’. Then comes ‘Creatures’, showcasing the members’ unwavering resolve against societal pressures, and ‘iffy iffy’, a track that celebrates embracing fear. These songs form a powerful first half of the album!
The album’s core then unfolds with ‘우리 어떻게 더 사귈 수 있을까’ (How Can We Date More), followed by the simple pop-waltz ‘Sonder’. Next up is ‘Saki (feat.
