On the 14th, LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) released concept photos and a video for the ‘PEONY ROOM’ version of their second full-length album, ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1, via social media.
‘PEONY ROOM’ is a concept where the five members invite each other into their respective childhood memories to evoke nostalgia and share their pasts. The content reflects actual childhood stories shared by the members.
It shows how members who grew up in different environments came together as LE SSERAFIM to form a relationship that transcends family.
The video was filmed with a digital camcorder for a retro vibe. The members show a friendly mood, painting each other’s nails and tying each other’s hair.
A scene where they lie side-by-side under one blanket reveals their tight-knit relationship, just like real sisters.
In the group photo, LE SSERAFIM is gathered warmly around a cake featuring the text ‘CELEBRATION,’ the lead single released on the 24th of last month.
