Lee Da-eun from ‘Love After Divorce 2’ is gaining a lot of sympathy by sharing the honest reality of raising her second child, a son.
On the 16th, Lee Da-eun posted an update about her parenting life, captioning it, “Raising a 20-month-old boy… am I losing my mind??”
She mentioned the reactions of other parents, saying, “Every time I post on my stories, other parents relate so much lol T_T.” She also shared her bittersweet feelings, wondering, “I don’t know if it’s the difference between girls and boys, the difference between the first and second child, or if I’ve just become much weaker than before.”
She noted that while parenting felt relatively easy just a month or two ago, her daily life has completely changed as her son’s activity level has spiked. She shared, “Now that his activity level has officially exploded, every day is very dynamic.”
She also gave a detailed account of their outings. Lee Da-eun revealed the struggles of real-life parenting, saying, “When we go outside, he absolutely runs everywhere, and if I hold him, he flails around like a live fish.” She added, “If there’s something he doesn’t like, he lies on the floor or sits down and sobs.”
She mentioned bonding with a neighbor who is also raising a child of a similar age at a playground, saying, “I suddenly felt a sense of comradeship after they asked, ‘Raising a second son is hard, right?'”
Finally, Lee Da-eun sent a message of support to other parents in the same boat, saying, “I’ll try to hang in there through the weekend (?) Have a happy weekend, everyone!”
Meanwhile, Lee Da-eun and Yoon Nam-gi met on the MBN show ‘Love After Divorce 2’, which ended in 2022, and developed into a real-life couple before remarrying. Lee Da-eun started her new journey with her daughter Rieun and later had a son with Yoon Nam-gi.
