Lee Hyori showed off her amazing chemistry with Rain by sending a text message to “Perfect Day,” where her husband Lee Sang-soon and Rain were appearing.
On the May 18 broadcast of MBC FM4U’s “Perfect Day with Lee Sang-soon,” singer and actor Rain appeared to chat with Lee Sang-soon.
During the show, an urgent text message arrived for “Perfect Day.” The sender was none other than Lee Sang-soon’s wife, Lee Hyori.
Lee Sang-soon checked the message, saying, “A text has arrived from my wife, Lee Hyori.”
He then read the message: “I’m watching the visible radio, and with the hat and sunglasses… a top star has arrived.”
Rain was shocked, noting that Lee Sang-soon’s reading sounded exactly like her voice.
Rain caused a burst of laughter by asking, “Are there other insults or things in there that you left out because we’re on air?”
Lee Sang-soon added to the laughs, replying, “No. Lee Hyori knows how broadcasting works. She doesn’t swear.”
The chemistry between Lee Hyori and Rain continued throughout the episode.
Rain discussed the concept for his solo concert, saying, “Last time the concept was ‘Rain keeps falling.’ This time, I’m preparing a concept with a bit more fragrance. Something like a heavy, aged whiskey or wine.”
He then joked, “I think Hyori-nuna would really hate this too,” once again highlighting their close friendship.
