Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon are joining the cast of ‘Yoo Jae Suk Camp’!
A production presentation for the new Netflix variety show ‘Yoo Jae Suk Camp’ was held on the 19th at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Grand Ballroom in Seoul. The event was attended by Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, Byeon Woo Seok, Ji Ye Eun, and PDs Jung Hyo Min, Lee So Min, and Hwang Yun Seo.
During the event, PD Jung Hyo Min spoke about the couple’s appearance, saying, “It’s been about 10 years since I did ‘Hyori’s Bed and Breakfast.’ They are among the benefactors who allowed me to make a living as a PD. I tried to bring them on as surprise guests for ‘Kianjang’ as well, but it fell through because they were moving to Seoul at the time. After the guest recruitment notice for ‘Yoo Jae Suk Camp’ went out, Lee Hyori contacted me. Perhaps feeling bad about missing ‘Kianjang,’ she asked, ‘Should I go and set things straight?’ So, we pushed forward with this secretly, without even the staff knowing.”
He added, “The couple will appear as managers during the middle of the camp when things start to get a bit too relaxed.”
‘Yoo Jae Suk Camp’ is a group camp variety show where rookie camp manager Yoo Jae Suk and unpredictable staff members Lee Kwang Soo, Byeon Woo Seok, and Ji Ye Eun help guests escape their daily routines by chatting, playing, and fooling around. It will be released on the 26th.
