Lee Jun-young recently confessed that his agency had to implement a brand new rule all because of his love for claw machines!
On May 20, an episode of “Guerrilla Ha Ji-young” featuring Lee Jun-young was released on Ha Ji-young’s YouTube channel.
During the show, Lee Jun-young shared that he considers himself an “Egen-nam” rather than a “Teto-nam.” While discussing this, he brought up a funny story about visiting a claw machine.
Having played the character Geum Seong-je in the Netflix series Weak Hero Class 2, Lee Jun-young recalled, “There were so many cute things there. I wore glasses and pulled up my hoodie to hide my face, but someone saw me and called out, ‘It’s Geum Seong-je!'”

He explained the situation, saying, “If I hadn’t won anything, they might not have noticed, but I caught a huge doll. People started laughing and saying, ‘Geum Seong-je is walking around with a duck! Go talk to him!'” The sighting even ended up on the internet.
Lee Jun-young admitted he thought he would go unnoticed since some time had passed. However, the incident led to a new company policy. “The agency told me that if I’m going to use a claw machine, I have to go with my manager,” he revealed, jokingly wondering if the company was just stressed by this unusual situation.
Switching topics to his home life, Lee Jun-young mentioned that he’s been cooking more lately. “I got tired of delivery food because I ordered too much, and since I live alone, my parents were worried about me,” he confessed. A known ramen enthusiast, he shared that he prepared broth and ingredients to cook ramen for his parents for the first time on Parents’ Day.
