Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi is returning to his roots as a singer, backed by the passionate support of his fans.
On May 11, Lee Seung-gi took part in the recording of KBS 2TV’s ‘Immortal Songs’ at the KBS New Building in Yeouido, Seoul.
Before the recording, Lee Seung-gi shared a photo on his SNS, showing a relaxed and bright smile while holding coffee prepared by his fans.
The coffee truck sent by fans caught everyone’s attention with witty messages referencing his hit songs, such as “Lee Seung-gi, shining today too, show us the stories you haven’t told yet on Immortal Songs” and “Sending warm coffee and support instead of words that are hard to say.”
This recording was a special dedicated to composer Kim Do-hoon. As the hit-maker behind Lee Seung-gi’s representative tracks like ‘Words That Are Hard to Say’, ‘Stories Not Yet Told’, and ‘Will You Marry Me’, music fans are eagerly anticipating the reunion of the two.
Lee Seung-gi previously won the ‘2025 Oh My Star Special’ last year with his overwhelming vocal power. Expectations are high as he is set to compete against top-tier vocalists including Bada, Gummy, K.Will, and Lee Seok-hoon.
The Kim Do-hoon special of KBS 2TV’s ‘Immortal Songs’ will air on June 6 and 13.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung-gi recently shared the news that his wife, actress Lee Da-in, is pregnant with their second child.
