Crossover group Libelante (Kim Ji-hoon, Jin Won, Noh Hyun-woo) created unforgettable memories with fans as they successfully wrapped up their debut 3rd anniversary concert.
Represented by EMK Entertainment, Libelante held their “AWAKEN” concert for three days from May 22 to 24 at the KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. They set the stage on fire with their deepened vocals and a dynamic performance structure.
Making a grand entrance via a lift, Libelante immediately captured everyone’s attention. They opened the show with a majestic rendition of Andrea Bocelli’s “Nelle Tue Mani (Now We Are Free)” and followed it up with Mario Del Monaco’s “Un Amore Così Grande,” plunging the audience into a state of total immersion from the start.
After the opening, Kim Ji-hoon shared a touching message: “In life, we often forget the emotions we once had. I hope you can bring all those feelings back today and enjoy yourselves to the fullest.” The group then continued to showcase their emotional depth with “Sueño Lunar” and “Shine.”
The solo stages highlighted each member’s unique charm. Switching to a white outfit, Kim Ji-hoon played the guitar on the extended stage, delivering a sweet performance of Damien Rice’s “The Blower’s Daughter.” Jin Won touched hearts with a lyrical cover of Jaurim’s “Twenty-five, Twenty-one,” while Noh Hyun-woo left a deep impression by reinterpreting the folk song “Arariyo” in his own style. The group then reunited for an emotional performance of “Dawn Star.”
Libelante also took a moment to perform short versions of the covers they recently shared on their official YouTube channel. Kim Ji-hoon interacted closely with the crowd while singing Luis Miguel’s “Sabor a Mí,” the Eagles’ “Desperado,” and Armando Manzanero’s “Adoro.”
The middle of the concert featured a wide array of genres, including “As Flowers Bloom and Fall,” “Journey,” and “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” as well as a medley of “Fly Me to the Moon” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.” This blend of everything from classical to pop elevated the overall quality of the show.
The energy peaked with the title track from their second mini album, “DIAMANTE,” followed by their digital single “Fly,” released on the 7th, and Kim Dong-ryul’s “Golden Mask.” To close the night, they gave a unique Libelante-style twist to Queen’s “We Are the Champions.”
The group shared heartfelt thoughts on their 3rd anniversary, deeply moving their fans. “We were worried if we could handle a three-day concert, but we’re still full of energy. Thank you again to everyone who helped us finish this successfully,” they said. They added, “The only reason Libelante could be active for three years is thanks to the fans who stayed by our side and gave us wings.” They confessed that their fans are the driving force behind their work, adding, “Every stage is so precious. We want to work even harder for you.”
For the encore, the members returned in black t-shirts to perform Claudio Baglioni’s “altrove e qui.” They then surprised fans by appearing in the audience to sing Domenico Modugno’s “Volare” and perfectly delivered Im Jae-beom’s “When This Night Passes,” filling the venue with emotion once more.
Through “AWAKEN,” Libelante densely portrayed their musical growth and the team’s narrative built over the last three years.
Meanwhile, Libelante released the digital single “Fly” on the 7th. A cover of a song well-loved as part of the drama “Misaeng” OST, “Fly” is receiving a hot response from fans for its deep vocals and delicate harmony. Additionally, they proved their popularity and influence by winning the “Most Influential Crossover Group” category at the “2026 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards” for two consecutive years. Fans are eagerly anticipating what’s next for Libelante after showcasing their evolved musical colors for their 3rd anniversary.
