Jung Ju-ri, the mother of five, recently shared a crisis hitting her home that left her in a total mental breakdown.
On the afternoon of the 13th, a video titled “What happened to multi-child mom Jung Ju-ri???” was uploaded to her YouTube channel, ‘Jung Ju-ri’.
In the video, Jung Ju-ri shared a surprisingly dark update, saying, “Something big happened at home. A real crisis. This is an accident. What do I do?”
The “accident” turned out to be the resignation of her “childcare savior,” the aunt who had been providing full support. Jung Ju-ri explained, “My husband’s youngest aunt, who helped me so much, has left after one year and two months.”
The aunt was the biggest pillar of support while Jung Ju-ri raised her five children. “She worked her last day yesterday. She was like my own hands and feet, helping me so much. Thanks to her, I was so comfortable in both body and mind,” Jung Ju-ri said, expressing deep gratitude while simultaneously revealing her fear of facing “solo parenting.”
The reason for the aunt’s departure was her return to her original profession as a veteran daycare teacher with 23 years of experience. Jung Ju-ri noted, “The offer she received was too good for me to stop her.” While congratulating her on the new start, Jung Ju-ri’s realistic worries about her own future brought a bittersweet laugh to viewers.
