In episodes 13 and 14 of the Coupang Play series ‘Absolute Value of Romance’ released on the 22nd, Eun Ha-soo (Noh Ju-eun) goes on a rampage after getting a hold of Yeo Ui-ju’s (Kim Hyang-gi) secret.
‘Absolute Value of Romance’ is a teen series about a high school girl who writes BL novels featuring handsome teachers as the protagonists and faces unexpected moments with them in real life.
After accidentally discovering a web novel based on the school teachers, Eun Ha-soo figures out that the author ‘Lee Muk’ is actually Yeo Ui-ju. She then pressures Yeo Ui-ju by intentionally bringing up the web novel in the classroom.
Eun Ha-soo’s jealousy exploded after seeing Yeo Ui-ju holding a drink she had given to Ga Woo-soo. She then went to Ga Woo-soo and exposed that Yeo Ui-ju wrote a romance novel using the teachers as subjects.
However, when Ga Woo-soo reacted indifferently as if he already knew, Eun Ha-soo became even more furious. Eventually, she leaked the web novel link in the class group chat and even went to the principal’s office to report it as an act that tarnishes the school’s reputation.
Noh Ju-eun intensely portrayed the process of a model student turning cold due to jealousy and selfishness. With a chilling gaze and a mysterious smile, she completed Eun Ha-soo’s dark transformation, ramping up the tension in the drama.
