Park Ji-hoon beat Lee Jun-ho to take home the Popularity Award! This win marks a double victory for him, following his Rookie Award.
The 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards took place on the 8th at COEX Hall D in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The ceremony was hosted by Shin Dong-yup, Park Bo-gum, and Suzy, and was broadcast live on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4, as well as streamed online via Chzzk.
The Naver Popularity Awards went to Park Ji-hoon, who received a staggering 1.09 million votes, and Im Yoon-ah, who garnered 400,000 votes. In the final rankings, Lee Jun-ho took second place for the men’s category, while Son Ye-jin came in second for the women’s.
Park Ji-hoon expressed his gratitude, saying, “I know this award was made possible by the votes of my fans. Thank you so much. I will continue to act and work sincerely, growing as a person who only shows the best side of myself.”
Im Yoon-ah also shared her joy, saying, “I was surprised by the voting results. Most of all, I want to thank everyone who enjoyed watching ‘The Tyrant’s Chef’ and those who voted.
