Entertainer Park Soo-hong has responded to sudden allegations regarding the neglect of his pet cat, Dahong, through a series of photos.
On the 23rd, Park Soo-hong posted several photos on his SNS with the caption, “Jae-i has grown so much, and Dahong is just the same.”
In the shared photos, Park Soo-hong’s daughter, Jae-i, and their cat, Dahong, are seen spending a sweet moment together while looking out the window. Jae-i stands beside Dahong, who is perched on a red stool. Comparing these to photos from six months ago, it is clear that Jae-i has grown quite a bit.
Previously, some netizens who watched videos on Park Soo-hong’s YouTube channel, “Happy Dahong,” raised concerns about potential neglect. They pointed out moments where Jae-i played by mixing cat food into the water bowl, suggesting the cat was stressed, and questioned the practice of taking a cat, which is a territorial animal, for walks.
While Park Soo-hong did not release an official statement, he indirectly addressed the allegations by showcasing the affectionate relationship between Dahong and Jae-i.
Park Soo-hong and Kim Da-ye married in 2021 and welcomed their daughter last October.
