PD Kim Min-sik has revealed the secret behind how he earns 10 million won per month.

PD Kim Min-sik is known for directing MBC’s ‘New Nonstop’ and ‘Queen of Housewives’. He shared, “I was part of a corporate restructuring in 2020 and became the ‘Monthly 10 Million Won Master’.”

He said, “When I was twenty, my goal was to become rich one day. I studied what I needed to do to achieve that, and people pointed to three paths: income, savings, and investment. However, I realized there was a more important factor before those.”

He continued, “I originally lived in Mapo, but as soon as I sold my apartment and moved to Bundang, the prices started dropping.” He added, “Later, when moving to Dogok-dong for the children’s education, my spouse suggested we rent out the Bundang apartment instead of selling it.”

He confessed that his real estate investments were a failure, saying, “I read a book that said house prices would drop due to population decline, so I believed it and sold my home. But shortly after, the price doubled. Whenever I buy, it goes down, and whenever I sell, it goes up.”

Despite his real estate mishaps, there is great curiosity about the secret behind how PD Kim Min-sik manages to earn 10 million won a month.
