Entertainer Sam Hammington shared an update on his son William, who is a rising star in ice hockey.

On the 13th, Sam posted several photos on his SNS with the caption, “It was a truly amazing month.” The photos show William sweeping medals at various competitions. Dressed in his uniform and holding an MVP award and championship trophy, William looked more mature than ever, radiating the aura of a hockey prospect.

Sam shared William’s achievements, stating, “He went to Australia and won the ‘Next Gen’ tournament in both the U11 and U13 categories. In the U11 group, he was named MVP and selected for the All-Star team.” He continued, “After returning to Korea, he won the ‘I-League Division 2’ U12 category. Finally, he flew to Toronto and won the ‘May Madness Tournament’ for boys born in 2016.”

He expressed his deep affection, saying, “Three countries, four wins, four medals, four trophies, and countless memories. As always, we are so proud of everything you’ve achieved. Let’s keep having fun, son!”

William reportedly started ice hockey in 2020 and is currently active with the Zenith Ice Hockey Club. It is also reported that he is attracting attention from the Australian national team due to his outstanding skills.

Meanwhile, William is Sam Hammington’s first son and received a lot of love from the public after appearing on the KBS variety show ‘The Return of Superman’ in 2016.
