SeeYa’s Lee Bo-ram is stealing the spotlight after surprising fans with a live snippet of the track ‘Andwaeyo’. During a “favorite song” relay featuring highlight teasers for each member, her uniquely soulful voice immediately caught everyone’s attention.
Making headlines with their return after 15 years, SeeYa has ramped up anticipation for their upcoming comeback by releasing a highlight teaser video for Lee Bo-ram’s song ‘Andwaeyo’.
On May 9, SeeYa’s agency, SeeYa Entertainment, released the highlight teaser for Lee Bo-ram’s track from the full-length album ‘First, Again’, which is set to drop on the 14th, via their official SNS channels.
Released just five days before the comeback, the video begins with the members greeting fans, saying, “You’ve waited a long time for SeeYa’s full album, right? We’re going to let you hear the tracks from the album that we each love the most.” This concept of members introducing their own “favorite songs” adds a touch of sincerity to the album.
Taking the lead, Lee Bo-ram chose the song ‘Andwaeyo’. Expressing her deep affection for the track, she shared, “My heart ached as soon as I heard the guide. It instantly became my favorite song.”
Lee Bo-ram then captured the audience’s attention by performing a live snippet of the heartbreaking lyrics: “Andwaeyo, I can’t do this… what should I do at the moment of parting? How much should I cry for you to return?”
Despite the short clip, Lee Bo-ram’s signature soulful tone and delicate expression provided an intense sense of immersion, fueling curiosity about the official release.
Previously, SeeYa teased a bold electronic dance and performance through Nam Gyu-ri’s individual teaser for the first track ‘STAY’. With this teaser from Lee Bo-ram, they’ve also previewed the soulful ballad sensibility that is their trademark.
This showcases SeeYa’s wide range of concept digestion, from dance to ballads, leaving fans excited for a high-quality album.
SeeYa’s full album ‘First, Again’, which has been garnering hot interest since pre-orders began on the 7th, will be officially released on May 14 at 6 PM across various music platforms.
On the day of release, the group will also open their first-ever offline pop-up store to have a special meeting with their fans.
