Seo In-guk opened up about a time in his past when he confessed his feelings to an older girl through a song, only to be rejected.
In the 494th episode of SBS’s ‘My Little Old Boy’ aired on the 10th, Cha Yu-ram met with Lee Si-eon and Seo In-guk for some dating advice.
During the chat, Cha Yu-ram asked Seo In-guk, “I don’t think it’s ever happened to you, but have you ever been rejected after confessing?”

To this, Seo In-guk replied, “Too many times,” and began sharing a story from his past.
He recalled, “When I was younger, there was an older girl I liked. We were on a Ferris wheel, and I was waiting for the perfect moment to confess.”
He revealed, “I told her, ‘I have something to say,’ and then sang Wheesung’s ‘Can’t We.’ After the song, I confessed, ‘Noona, let’s date.'”

However, the result was a rejection.
Seo In-guk shared, “She told me, ‘Let’s just stay as older sister and younger brother,’ and I awkwardly replied, ‘Of course.'”
He added that they both just stared out the window in silence until the Ferris wheel finished its rotation and they got off, which left everyone in laughter.
Seo In-guk further joked, “Because of this experience, whenever people ask if they should play the piano or sing to win someone’s heart, I absolutely tell them not to,” adding more laughs to the scene.
