SHINee has packed a variety of messages into their new mini-album, ‘Atmos’.
Set to be released on June 1 at 6 PM, SHINee’s sixth mini-album ‘Atmos’ features six tracks across various genres, including the title track of the same name.
The track ‘Possibility’ is an electronic pop song that blends UK garage rhythms with alternative rock guitar sounds. The energy builds up, drawing listeners in, while the lyrics convey a strong will to believe in one’s potential and keep moving forward despite fear.
Another new song, ‘Anti Believer’, is an electronic pop track featuring catchy keyboard samples and a heavy bass that creates a dreamy yet cold atmosphere. The lyrics stand out for depicting inner turmoil caused by doubt and deep wounds.
‘Thousand Miles Away’ is a mid-tempo ballad where emotional strings and dramatic drums combine to create a lyrical and grand sound. It delivers a hopeful message, realizing that every moment of the past has left a meaningful trace and dreaming of a more beautiful future.
Additionally, the mood sampler released on May 27 via SHINee’s official SNS is receiving great reactions. The sensory video captures the members facing pouring rain together and eventually completing a fantastic ‘light’, much like a rainbow appearing after the rain.
