Comedian Kim Byung-man is going on a wild chicken hunt in ‘Survival King 2’!
In the episode airing the night of the 27th on TV Chosun’s ‘Survival King 2’, each team will dive headfirst into jungle survival in their own unique ways. The first episode left a strong impression with an intense start, featuring everything from a desperate struggle in a snake pit to Yuk Jun-seo’s fighting spirit despite his injury.

In the second episode, the Korean team sets their sights on hunting wild chickens. While using Kim Byung-man’s 13 years of jungle survival know-how to build a trap net, the three members lock eyes as the sound of wild chickens echoes from the ridge. As soon as Young-hoon spots a chicken, a surround operation begins immediately under Kim Byung-man’s signal. Things take an unpredictable turn when the wild chicken suddenly vanishes into a thicket of thorns, but Young-hoon shows off his “jungle brain” by cleverly luring the chicken back toward the vines.
Meanwhile, an unexpected twist awaits the Malaysia team. After falling behind in the fire-making mission and enduring 16 hours of hunger, Team Hero had almost given up, saying, “Let’s just starve today and catch fish tomorrow morning.” However, the mood shifts instantly when Team Leader Hero spots something while splitting firewood. Fans are already curious about the identity of this unimaginable “wild health food(?)”
An unexpected midnight downpour puts the survival experts in a crisis. While the Korean team enjoys some peace thanks to their densely built roof, the Japanese team faces a brutal struggle to keep their fire alive while being drenched by the rain. Exhausted and battling the storm all night, viewers will have to tune in to see what morning awaits them.
‘Survival King 2’ airs every Wednesday night at 10 PM.
