The fates of two Sun-jas have completely diverged!

The May 14 broadcast of SBS Plus and ENA’s ‘I am SOLO, Love Continues’ featured the high-stakes ‘final midnight date’ selection.

For this date, the men were tasked with choosing the women. 17th Sun-ja revealed she intended to choose 27th Young-chul. She explained, “If I hadn’t talked to him earlier, I would have chosen 20th Young-sik. But after talking and organizing my thoughts, I’m curious why he likes me, especially since I was quite blunt with him.”

As soon as 17th Sun-ja opened the door, 27th Young-chul jumped up and headed straight for her, securing their midnight date. Young-chul, who had been clear about his interest in 17th Sun-ja, shared, “I thought she looked lovely in the common living room, and while not many people actually enjoy washing dishes, the way she said ‘I’m good at this’ while doing it was really pretty.”

On the other hand, 24th Sun-ja, who is a vegetarian, hoped for 13th Sang-chul. She admitted feeling discouraged, stating, “My first choice, 20th Young-sik, rejected me, and my second choice, 18th Young-ho, is interested in someone else. I felt that at least Sang-chul didn’t feel bad when I tried to talk to him and seemed willing to get to know me, so I wanted to talk with him.”

However, when 24th Sun-ja opened the door and asked, “Who wants to go on a date with me?” no one stepped forward. She lamented, “When I asked that, everyone just looked down, almost as if I had made them all feel like criminals. I felt like I had become an object of avoidance and wondered if this is what it’s like to be unpopular.”

MC Defconn tried to comfort 24th Sun-ja, jokingly suggesting that the men probably just wanted to enjoy some pork belly and soju on their final day.
