The stars of ‘Wild Thing’ are diving headfirst into promotions!
According to distributor Lotte Entertainment on the 27th, the lead actors of ‘Wild Thing’, which opens on June 3, will be appearing on various variety shows and YouTube channels.
First up, Park Ji-hyun, who plays the irresistibly charming center Domi of Triangle, will appear on tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ on the 27th at 8:45 PM. Park Ji-hyun is expected to captivate viewers by reflecting on his filmography, sharing various childhood episodes, and revealing behind-the-scenes stories from the set of ‘Wild Thing’, along with his thoughts on transforming into the center of a co-ed dance group. Following this, he will also appear in the mini-sitcom ‘Man and Woman’ on the YouTube channel ‘Ralral’ on the 28th.
On the 29th, Park Ji-hyun and Um Tae-goo, who plays the storm rapper Sang-gu of Triangle, will both appear in 1theK’s original content ‘Bonin Deungpan’.
‘Wild Thing’ is a comedy film about Triangle, a three-member co-ed dance group that once dominated the music scene but disbanded overnight after being caught up in an unexpected incident. The story follows their reckless challenge to seize a chance for a comeback after 20 years. This is the latest work from director Son Jae-gon, known for ‘Sweet and Salty Lovers’ and ‘The Villain on the Second Floor’.
Gang Dong-won plays Hyun-woo, the leader and dance machine of Triangle, while Um Tae-goo takes on the role of the group’s youngest member and storm rapper, Sang-gu. Park Ji-hyun plays the center, Domi, and Oh Jung-se portrays Seong-gon, a balladeer who calls himself the “eardrum boyfriend.”
