The legendary group Wanna One is back with a stunning new pictorial!
Wanna One graced the June cover of Elle’s special digital project, “Elle D Edition.” The shoot featured members Yoon Ji-sung, Ha Sung-woon, Hwang Min-hyun, Ong Seong-wu, Kim Jae-hwan, Park Ji-hoon, Park Woo-jin, Bae Jin-young, and Lee Dae-hwi.
During the interview, Yoon Ji-sung shared his deep affection for the fans, saying, “I hope Wannables remember that whenever Wannables gather, Wanna One will gather too.” Ha Sung-woon added, “While filming ‘Wanna One Go: Back to Base,’ I felt like I was finally breathing again. That’s what Wanna One means to me.” Hwang Min-hyun also opened up about his long-held feelings, stating, “I’ve never forgotten Wanna One for a single moment. I really wanted to make sure I said that.”
Ong Seong-wu expressed his gratitude, saying, “Seven to eight years have passed and we’ve all had our own lives, but I’m so thankful to the members for deciding to come together again. I’m so glad we gathered and met again. I feel lucky that I can still live as a member of Wanna One.” Kim Jae-hwan added, “Even if we didn’t express it often, there was always love and longing for the members in our hearts. I think those feelings eventually reconnected us and became the reason we could meet again.”
Park Ji-hoon shared, “The simple moments of laughing and joking together were a huge source of healing. There’s a certain comfort that comes from people you’ve known for a long time.” Park Woo-jin reflected on the reunion, saying, “Wanna One was one of the greatest achievements of my life, and looking back, no other memory is as significant.” Bae Jin-young described this current activity as “a time to grow anew,” while Lee Dae-hwi revealed, “The members have always thought of each other and stayed in touch, and our feelings for Wannables have never changed. I don’t want this to be just a simple memory 10 years from now. I hope Wanna One continues to be a work in progress.”
