Another heartwarming story about entertainer Yoo Jae Suk has surfaced, adding more warmth to the industry.
Recently, a video titled “Celebrity heartwarming stories mixed with badmouths” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Broadcasting Guys PD2 Writer2’. In the video, industry insiders gathered to share various anecdotes about celebrities they have worked with.
Among them, one insider caught everyone’s attention by sharing a story about Yoo Jae Suk.
Person A, who previously worked as a writer for JTBC’s ‘Sugar Man’, shared, “There is one thing I remember that really impressed me. While working on ‘Sugar Man’, a friend of mine came to be part of the audience. Seeing Yoo Jae Suk was on my friend’s life bucket list.”
A continued, “At the time, Yoo Jae Suk oppa memorized the staff’s names. He does this during the first company dinner, memorizing everyone’s name down to the youngest staff member.” They added that he would playfully tease those with unique names, asking, “Why is your name this?”
A also recalled, “I asked Jae Suk oppa if he could take a photo with my friend, and he readily agreed. As soon as he realized the friend was my acquaintance, he called me ‘Writer 1’ to make me feel close.”
