Singer Soyou recently suffered a fall while filming a music video.
On the 11th, a video titled “Going to the ER while filming an MV… | [Off Hours] Behind” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Soyougi’.
The clip captures a sudden accident during the rehearsal for her new song’s music video. Soyou lost her balance on a subway station escalator and tumbled, leading to an emergency room visit.
The production team even held an emergency meeting to consider skipping the subway scene, but Soyou made a surprising return to the set just two hours later.

Soyou explained, “It was just bruises,” adding, “I don’t even remember screaming. When I got to the ER, my blood pressure was too low. I was so shocked that I can’t remember. But even though I was in pain, I kept saying, ‘I have to film the subway scene, please do something’.”
Showing her impressive professional spirit, she continued, “I was supposed to wait for CT results, but I just said, ‘No, I’ll just go’ and left.”
When the staff asked if she was really okay since there was still a lot of filming left, Soyou confessed, “I’m currently shouting ‘it doesn’t hurt’ inside my head.”
Meanwhile, Soyou released her third EP ‘Off Hours’ on the 29th of last month.
