Young-soo from ‘I am SOLO’ Season 7 recently shared his marriage concerns and revealed a very firm stance when it comes to smokers.
In the May 25 episode of KBS Joy’s ‘Ask Anything’, a 49-year-old guest visited the “oracles” to seek advice on his marriage struggles.
To find his soulmate, the guest previously appeared as Young-soo in Season 7 of SBS Plus and ENA’s ‘I am SOLO’, though he didn’t find a matching partner during the broadcast.

The guest spoke about the intense memories of his first love from his college days. Seo Jang-hoon gave him some real talk, advising, “The more you cling to those memories, the harder it becomes to meet someone new.”
After that first love, he had three more relationships. His most recent girlfriend was two years ago, but unfortunately, it didn’t lead to marriage.
He then revealed the reason for the breakup, saying, “Everything was great, but she smoked too much.” Lee Soo-geun lightened the mood with a joke, saying, “She must have really enjoyed it. You should have asked her to make you donuts!”

Being a non-smoker himself, the guest expressed his dislike for smoking. Seo Jang-hoon pointed out, “If you truly felt she was your destiny, you would have been able to embrace that part of her.” The guest agreed, admitting it probably wasn’t at that level.
When the conversation turned to his ideal type, Gong Seung-yeon, Seo Jang-hoon asked, “Would you still not date Gong Seung-yeon if she smoked?” To which he firmly replied, “Still no.”
Lee Soo-geun sparked laughter by joking, “Once you’re actually with your ideal type, you’ll probably end up learning how to smoke!”
