The upcoming episode of SBS’s variety show Kkokkomu, titled “Money and Poison,” will track a shocking case where five people—including neighbors, relatives, a father, and a younger sister—died suddenly over the course of two years. The episode features Jung Si-ah, Ahn Shin-ae, and Son Tae-jin as listeners.
In April 1987, a woman in her 50s suddenly collapsed and died on a city bus in Seoul. The cause was sudden death. A year later, a woman in her 40s met a mysterious end after collapsing on a bus while traveling with her older sister. But that wasn’t all. Two months later, another woman in her 40s was found dead after losing consciousness on a city bus. These three women, who were previously healthy, shared a chilling commonality: they all lost consciousness, suffered convulsions, and foamed at the mouth after meeting “that woman.”
The horror deepens as it’s revealed that another woman, who had met “that woman” two years prior, also collapsed and died while foaming at the mouth in a public bathhouse. With reports claiming that “people die whenever they are near that woman,” it was revealed that not only neighbors and relatives but even her own father and sister died suddenly within two years.
As the true identity of the woman at the center of these five serial deaths is unveiled, the studio is left in shock. Upon seeing the disturbing items found in her home and her creepy behavior, Jung Si-ah expressed her anger, saying, “It’s like she gave up being human,” while Son Tae-jin was left speechless, calling it “creepy.”
