ITZY Ready to Refresh Your Summer! Anticipation Peaks with ‘Motto’ Album Spoilers

ITZY is teasing their upcoming comeback by revealing snippets of their new album just one week before the official release!

On the 11th, JYP Entertainment shared spoiler content on their official SNS channels, giving fans a sneak peek at the highlight medley for the ‘Motto’ album.

The title track ‘Motto’ captures the refreshing essence of early summer. It features a mysterious and multi-dimensional sound created with deep reverb effects and pad synths. The sensory color combinations and visual beauty in the teaser video further enhance the song’s atmosphere. With positive lyrics like “I won’t stop toward you Now I know my everything who is dazzling like you, you who shone on me,” the track perfectly showcases ITZY’s signature energy.

The new album is packed with diverse genres, including the bubbly hyper-pop track ‘Glitch’ and the hip and dynamic ‘you And I’. It also features five unique solo songs that were first unveiled during the individual stages of their third world tour, : ‘Pocket’ (Yeji), ‘Asylum’ (Lia), ‘LOOK’ (Ryujin), ‘Undefined’ (Chaeryeong), and ‘Tangerine’ (Yuna). Through these solo tracks, ITZY aims to bring the heat of their live performances directly to the listeners.

ITZY is making their comeback riding the wave of the ‘That’s a No No’ (nicknamed ‘Daechu No No’) fever sparked by their world tour. The group kicked off their tour in February at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. During the tour, they premiered the performance for ‘THAT’S A NO NO’, a track from their second mini-album, which went viral and led to the popular ‘Daechu No No’ dance challenge.

ITZY’s new album ‘Motto’ will be released on various music sites on May 18 at 6 PM.
