Actor Shim Hyung-tak’s son, Haru, is set to show off some power running at the Han River.
In the 622nd episode of KBS 2TV’s ‘The Return of Superman’ (directed by Kim Young-min, hereafter ‘Superman’) airing on May 20, titled ‘Dad Grows Up With You!’, Haru goes on a picnic to Han River Park with his dad, Shim Hyung-tak, alongside MCs Kim Jong-min and Ralral.
Haru causes a cuteness explosion as he sprints through the Han River with his chubby legs. After only toddling, Haru now shows off some serious power running. Seeming thrilled to run freely, Haru lets out dolphin-like screams of joy. Kim Jong-min admires the little power runner, saying, “Haru really runs well now,” as he takes over the Han River, a mecca for runners.
Following his running, Haru grabs attention by showing a talent for basketball, successfully pulling off a magical dunk. Aiming straight for the hoop, Haru stretches his arms wide to score, then freezes in his shooting pose for three seconds with a bright smile and a clapping ceremony, sparking more cuteness. Ralral is impressed by his athletic sense, noting, “Haru’s athletic nerves are really good,” as he manages a dunk at just 15 months old.
Meanwhile, Haru transforms into a prince on a white horse, showing off a gallant look. With a paper crown, a red cape, and a serious expression, he completes the perfect prince visual. Holding onto the carousel tightly with both hands, Haru reportedly made everyone laugh by shouting “Ait! Ait!” as if he were saying “Giddy up!” The episode airs on the 20th at 8:30 PM.
