On the May 10th episode of SBS’s My Little Old Boy, Yoon Min-soo’s mother (72) and Tony An’s mother (80) embarked on a 2v2 “twilight” blind date.
While heading to the date, Yoon Min-soo’s mother showed off her confidence, telling her son, “If there’s a man I like, I’ll seduce him first!” A worried Yoon Min-soo advised her, “You shouldn’t laugh too loudly,” to which she playfully replied, “I’ll be refined.”
The date, arranged by Kim Jun-ho, became a 2v2 meeting with the addition of Tony An’s mother. Kim Jun-ho sparked laughter by warning Tony’s mom, “No two-timing,” while mentioning actor Im Hyun-sik, with whom she previously had some flirty chemistry. Tony’s mom coolly responded, “We’re just friends now.”
The blind date partners also turned heads with their impressive backgrounds. The first was actor Im Byeong-gi, and the second was a senior model and businessman from Jeju Island. Watching from the studio, Seo Jang-hoon couldn’t hide his admiration, noting that both men had amazing visuals.
However, fate played a trick as both mothers sent signals to the same person. To indicate their preference, they had agreed to order either “coffee or tea.” In a surprising twist, both Tony’s mom and Min-soo’s mom ordered “tea,” choosing the Jeju businessman and creating a “sweep” of votes right from the first impression!
