According to agency Pyxpermill, Blah held the solo concert “blah Solo Concert ‘Normal Life’ : Rolling 31st Anniversary Performance” (hereafter ‘Normal Life’) on May 14 at Rolling Hall in Seogyo-dong, Seoul.
‘Normal Life’ was a solo show sharing the same name as the fourth EP Blah released back in February. Blah brought comfort to fans through music that explores the emotions found in ordinary daily life.
Blah opened the show with the lyrical vibes of ‘Time Slip Movie’ and ‘여전히’, followed by a string of representative tracks including ‘널 더’, ‘꾀병’, ‘나무’, and ‘웃음을 지어도’.
Through tracks from the fourth EP like ‘Falling for You (feat. Yves)’, ‘All The Pain’, and ‘빈틈’, Blah delivered a deeply immersive experience by delicately unfolding different emotional lines for each song.
In particular, Blah showcased a unique charm with a cover of singer Yves’ ‘금붕어(Goldfish)’—which Blah actually wrote, composed, and arranged—reinterpreting it with their own sensibility. Blah also performed Coldplay’s ‘Yellow’ with their signature clean and delicate vocals.
Meanwhile, Blah officially debuted in the music industry in 2022 with the digital single ‘웃음을 지어도’.
