
Actor Go Yoon has been cast as the lead in the short-form drama ‘I Raised the Daughter of an Adulteress’.
According to iOK ENM on the 13th, Go Yoon has been cast in the lead role of ‘I Raised the Daughter of an Adulteress’, a new project from the global short-form drama platform DramaBox.
‘I Raised the Daughter of an Adulteress’ tells the story of a couple who cherished each other deeply, only to face a devastating secret hidden behind the name of love.
Go Yoon will play Kwon Woo-jin, the central figure in the drama’s high-tension plot. Kwon Woo-jin is the CEO of Gangheon Group, boasting handsome looks and immense wealth. While he married his long-time first love, the secret hidden behind his perfect exterior is expected to be the key twist that shakes up the story.
Go Yoon has shown his presence in various works, including dramas like ‘Sisyphus: The Myth’, ‘Casino Season 2’, and ‘Beauty and Mr. Romantic’, as well as movies such as ‘Ode to My Father’, ‘Today’s Love’, ‘Operation Chromite’, and ‘Family Glory: Returns’. He especially delivered a witty performance in TVING’s ‘Villains’ released last year.
