Ham Eun-jung caused a lot of laughs after getting flustered by “5th generation idol makeup” and jokingly confessing to having “actor’s disease.”
On the 13th, a video titled “5th Generation Idol Challenge” was uploaded to Ham Eun-jung’s YouTube channel.
In the video, Ham Eun-jung took on the challenge of trying the latest 5th generation idol makeup trends.
Upon seeing a new style of eyelashes, she reacted with surprise, saying, “Doesn’t it look like a magpie? It’s so different from the ones I usually use.” However, after putting them on, she seemed satisfied, noting, “It looks so pure.”
She showed interest in the new look, saying, “I need to keep adding new vibes, just like how I picked these new eyelashes.”
Despite her words, when the makeup artist suggested trying something else, Ham Eun-jung gave a cute “Ah, I hate it!” response. After being persuaded that she could just wash it off if it didn’t look right, she tried the trendy “aegyo-sal” makeup.
As soon as the aegyo-sal was highlighted, she was bewildered, asking, “Wait, why are you painting it black underneath?” While the artist countered that this is the current trend, Ham Eun-jung cutely complained that her aegyo-sal had become “too big,” creating a playful atmosphere.
Looking closely at the makeup, she found it fascinating, saying, “The strange thing is that it looks pretty from a distance, but you can see the lines up close.”
The artist explained, “People don’t really mind that because it looks great in photos. All the idols do it,” adding, “But actors usually hate it.”
To this, Ham Eun-jung jokingly replied, “I’m both an idol and an actor. I’ve become a total actor. I’ve caught ‘actor’s disease’!”
Meanwhile, Ham Eun-jung, who debuted with the group T-ara in 2009, married film director Kim Byung-woo last November.
