Singer Kyuhyun showed off his massive fan heart for Sung Si Kyung!
On the May 15 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Sung Si Kyung’s Ear Boyfriend’, singer Kyuhyun appeared, showcasing his deep live vocals and witty charm.
Kyuhyun opened the show with a passionate performance of ‘Living in Memories’. With his signature cozy and clean vocals, he calmly sang about the traces left behind by a past love, providing a healing experience for viewers at home.
During the talk segment, Kyuhyun shared updates on his role as ‘Light’ in the musical ‘Death Note’. He revealed that he has been consistently managing himself since January to be on stage. To give his best performance, he mentioned he is currently abstaining from alcohol, saying, “I don’t even think about alcohol at all. Except for during the show, I don’t even talk and just stay at home.” He added, “I think that’s how it goes when dealing with something truly precious. The moment this becomes the priority, everything else just disappears.”
He also revealed his special fan heart for MC Sung Si Kyung. Kyuhyun performed a medley of Sung Si Kyung’s hit songs on the spot, including ‘How are you’ (which was his college entrance exam song), ‘You are my Spring’, ‘Like the First Time’, and ‘Goodbye My Love’. He even recreated Sung Si Kyung’s signature sign-off, ‘Sleep well’.
Kyuhyun expressed his affection, saying, “I sang along to every single song from start to finish at hyung’s concert. I started thinking, ‘Do I really like Si Kyung hyung this much?’ and I actually got angry at myself.” To wrap things up, Kyuhyun performed a duet of Choi Ho Sub’s ‘As Time Goes By’ with Sung Si Kyung, leaving a deep impression.
