Singer Lee Chaeyeon is gearing up for a spectacular leap forward with her 4th mini album, filled with unwavering determination.

On the 11th, Lee Chaeyeon released an interview video via her agency DayOneDream’s official SNS to celebrate the release of her 4th mini album, ‘Till I Die’. In the video, she shared her excitement about joining her new agency and revealed her strengthened inner resolve toward the stage.

The core keyword for ‘Till I Die’ is “despite everything.” Lee Chaeyeon shared her intense resolve, explaining, “This album contains a really strong will, saying that because I love the stage so much, I’d die on this stage if I had to.”

She added, “I put in my determination to never let go of this stage, no matter what obstacles or situations arise. I hope my performances aren’t remembered only as sadness, but feel like a ‘leap’ forward,” showing her growth as a mature artist.

The title track ‘No Tears On The Dancefloor (NTOTD)’ was a song Lee Chaeyeon strongly recommended to her company the moment she heard it. Expressing her love for the track, she said it was “the most suitable song to appear in a new look at a new company,” and she even participated in creating the choreography to enhance its quality.

Describing herself as a “perfectionist,” Lee Chaeyeon showed strong confidence as a performer, saying, “Now, even without anyone teaching me, I find the angles that look pretty on screen and change the choreography on my own. I think I’ve gained experience as the years have passed.”

She revealed that her various activities during her hiatus, including soccer variety shows and YouTube, were all for her fandom, ‘Cherish’. Lee Chaeyeon expressed her affection, saying, “I tried to be active in various ways so that the fans wouldn’t feel the hiatus. I’m happiest and most proud when Cherish is happy.”

She continued, “I think I’ve overcome the winter well with Cherish. Now, I hope it’s always spring, summer, and autumn where flowers bloom,” promising, “I will become an artist who repays you through my performances.”
