Kep1er is firmly holding onto their throne on ‘K-Top Star’!
According to the global K-pop voting site ‘K-Top Star’ (KTOPSTAR), which reflects the current state of K-POP, Kep1er claimed 1st place in the 96th ‘Best Idol (Female)’ category for the period from May 4 to May 10.
Kep1er has been consistently topping the ‘Best Idol (Female)’ category, and they once again proved their power by defending the crown in the 96th round of voting. Following them in 2nd place was the beloved IU, who is currently starring in the MBC drama ’21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife’.
Their new album ‘CRACK CODE’ tells a story about breaking through suppressed limits through inner awakening and facing one’s hidden nature. The comeback title track ‘KILLA (Face the other me)’ is an electronic hip-hop song blending intense lead synths with trap-based drum sounds, showcasing a much bolder side of Kep1er than ever before.
Additionally, Kep1er will be taking the stage at ‘FY26 Asia Day’ (tentative name) in Fukuoka, Japan, this May.
