LE SSERAFIM has touched the hearts of fans worldwide by showcasing a bond that goes beyond just being teammates, radiating a “more than family” sisterly love.
The group (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) is set to release their new album globally on May 22 at 1 PM. Ahead of the release, they unveiled photos and videos for the “PEONY ROOM” version, the third visual concept for their second studio album, ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1′, via their official SNS on the 14th.
The “PEONY ROOM” concept tells a heartwarming story where the five members invite one another into their childhood memories to share them. The authenticity shines through as it incorporates real-life childhood episodes from the members.
In a video filmed with a digital camcorder, the members create a cozy atmosphere by painting each other’s nails and tying each other’s hair. The scene where all five members lie side-by-side under a single blanket especially warmed fans’ hearts, showing a bond that feels like real sisters.

In the individual cuts, the members evoke a sense of childhood nostalgia that anyone can relate to, using nostalgic items like dolls, origami rings, and stickers.
A cake with the word “CELEBRATION” in the group photo also caught the eye. This represents celebrating the moment they found the strength to move forward together, even when facing their fears.

With the album previously teased to reinterpret the classic novel ‘Frankenstein’ through LE SSERAFIM’s own lens, fans are increasingly curious about how the members’ strong bond will tie into the message of the new release.
LE SSERAFIM’s second studio album, ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1′, is a collection that captures the members’ growth and their resolve to keep moving forward despite their fears. The music industry is eagerly anticipating the new musical transformation they will showcase through the title track, ‘BOOMPALA’.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM will reveal details about the compact version on the 15th, followed by the sequential release of previews and a highlight medley starting on the 18th.
