Actress Lee Min-jung has opened up about a family story she had kept close to her heart.
On the 19th, a video titled “Rain (ex-husband series part 2) came to teach dance but got roasted by Lee Min-jung” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Lee Min-jung MJ’.
During the video, Lee Min-jung shared her family history while mentioning why she chose the drama ‘Come Back Mister’ 10 years ago.
‘Come Back Mister’, starring Rain and Lee Min-jung in 2016, is a drama about two people who experience a return to life under the premise of coming back from death even for a short time.
Regarding her choice of the drama, Lee Min-jung carefully shared, “I thought it would be interesting, plus there was a personal story.” She revealed, “My favorite cousin passed away and went to heaven two years before that, leaving a baby behind. The situation was so similar to the drama. I think there is a feeling of really wanting to meet them again.”
Lee Min-jung added, “In the drama, the male lead suddenly passes away leaving a child and then lingers around his family after being reincarnated into a new body. That is why it felt more touching to me,” drawing attention.
