“Mudoraji” Makes Kian84 Furious! MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ Hits Peak Rating of 6.3%

“Mudoraji,” the group that drove Kian84 crazy, has completely captured the hearts of viewers!

According to Nielsen Korea, the May 1st episode of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’ recorded a household rating of 5.1% in the Seoul metropolitan area, ranking first among Friday variety shows. It also topped the charts for the 2054 rating (a key indicator of channel competitiveness reflecting changes in media consumption) with 3.3%.

The “peak minute” hit 6.3% during the scene where Jun Hyun-moo conducted a fitness test for the official admission of the “Fun Run Crew.” Instead of actually running, the crew took taxis to the park, breezed through the test, and enjoyed rice balls brought by Park Ji-hyun. Viewers loved seeing “Mudoraji” be more sincere about eating and enjoying themselves than actually running.

This episode featured the birth of Jun Hyun-moo’s “Fun Run Crew 1st Gen” and the first family photo shoot between Ahn Jae-hyun and his beloved cat, “Anju.”

The first-generation members, Park Ji-hyun, Dowoon, and Bae Nara, showed their journey of becoming a real crew during the founding ceremony and first run organized by “Crew Leader” Jun Hyun-moo. Jun Hyun-moo named the team “Mudoraji” after the members’ names, gifted them founding anniversary t-shirts he spent four hours drawing, and revealed his self-planned “Whale Run” course.

“Mudoraji” showed a charm that was definitely different from other running crews. They strictly used taxis anywhere that wasn’t the actual running course and made sure not to miss any hot spots for eating and enjoying. Seeing them still not running long after the crew was formed, “running icon” Kian84 sighed and became absolutely furious, sparking laughter.

Meanwhile, a heartwarming moment was shared as Ahn Jae-hyun made memories with his 13-year-old cat, “Anju.” Ahn Jae-hyun visited a self-photo studio to take a proper, stylish family photo with “Anju.”

Even with 18 years of modeling experience, the shoot with Anju wasn’t easy. With only 20 minutes to finish, Ahn Jae-hyun was seen sweating and kneeling while chasing after “Anju.” The contrast between the exhausted Ahn Jae-hyun and the ever-cute “Anju” provided great laughs. After much effort, the “Rainbow Club” members were amazed by the final A-cut family photo, calling it “hip!”
