
Singer Jeon Yu-jin has claimed the top spot in the Female Solo category at the 14th Top Ten Awards (TTA), a competition to crown the “Best Global Artist.” Hosted by TenAsia, the 14th TTA recognizes the most influential global artists of the first half of 2025, featuring top representatives from K-pop and K-content.
Expressing her gratitude, Jeon Yu-jin said, “I’ve won the TTA Best Female Solo award. I want to thank TenTen (fandom name) for all their hard work in making this happen. I’ll do my best to be a singer who delivers amazing performances on stage. Please continue to show me lots of love, support, and anticipation!”

Jeon Yu-jin first gained attention through the Pohang Beach National Song Festival and officially entered the music scene in March 2020 with her digital single “Sarang… Hasiryeomnikka?”. She truly made her mark by winning MBN’s “Active Singer” in 2024. Born on October 10, 2006, the 19-year-old singer is beloved for her powerful vocals and emotional delivery. She also released a new track, “Gayo Gayo,” this past March.
She’s also been super active on TV! On the 9th of last month, she performed “Gayo Gayo” on MBC ON’s “Trot Champion,” wowing fans in a pink dress with her soulful vocals and effortless stage presence. Additionally, on the 14th of the same month, she appeared as a special judge on MBN’s “2026 Korea-Japan Singer Competition,” bringing great energy to the show with her witty reactions and natural hosting skills.
The TTA preliminary voting ran from February 9 to February 18, followed by the final voting from February 19 to February 23. Other winners include Kim Seon-ho (Male Actor), ASTRO (Male Idol Group), Kim Hye-yoon (Female Actor), NiziU (Female Idol Group), Kang Daniel (Male Solo Idol), and Kim Se-jeong (Female Solo Idol). The Rookie trophy went to AHOP, while Kim Yong-bin and Jeon Yu-jin were selected as the top Male and Female Solo Singers. Finally, Park Seo-jin’s “Your Story” was named the Best Song.
