Girl group Billlie has officially returned to the music scene with a performance brimming with self-confidence, featuring everything from bold vocals to unique rapping.
Billlie (Siyoon, Sheon, Tsuki, Moon Sua, Haram, Suhyun, Haruna) appeared on KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ on the 8th to deliver a stunning comeback stage for ‘ZAP’, the title track from their first full-length album ‘the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two’.
Sporting chic all-black styling, Billlie radiated an even deeper dark charisma. Through intense beats, bold vocals, and unique rapping, they expressed an unwavering sense of self-confidence, capturing the moment of returning to their true selves amidst swirling gossip and external noise.
Exploding with energy right from the intro, Billlie showcased a feast of powerful yet fluid choreography that kept eyes glued to the stage. The seven members also demonstrated their overwhelming stage presence with stable live vocals.
The group highlighted the performance with a ‘hook dance’ featuring hand gestures resembling a lock being opened, while narration parts by Tsuki and Haruna maximized the tension. The stage was filled with visual treats, including the members’ detailed facial expressions and gestures as they immersed themselves in the song.
Having released their first full album ‘the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two’ on the 6th, Billlie has already signaled a successful comeback, with double title tracks ‘ZAP’ and ‘WORK’ showing signs of a hit. Reflecting this, the album ranked high on iTunes Top Album charts in various countries and regions, including Canada and Turkey. Furthermore, Billlie’s previous works have also re-entered the same charts, proving their hot popularity.
Billlie plans to dive into active comeback promotions, including various music shows and web content, to maintain close communication with their fans both domestically and internationally.
